Below is a Dispatch and Delivery Guide to ensure your order arrives on time
* Please note Working days are Monday- Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays. We never send any invoices with our orders as most are gifts to recipients.
Next Day delivery: All our gifts are made with love and care so we like to have all orders for next day to be ordered by 1pm to give us time for preparation Mon- Thu. Any orders placed after 1PM on Thursday or any orders placed on Friday by 1PM will be delivered on Monday. After 2Pm they will be delivered on Tuesday
The delivery dates are for mainland UK addresses and should be used as a GUIDE . For some parts of Scotland, Highlands and Off UK Mainland orders please do add an extra 1-3 working days. Scottish Highlands

Any orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to pickup from the depot provided will incur a shipping cost of £3.99, which will be deducted from the refund provided. Or if an item needs to be shipped out again at the customers request delivery cost will be charged of £3.99 for standard delivery.
Personalised items can take 48 hrs to do before we dispatch the items although we try our best to get them dispatched sooner.
Some personalised items are dispatched directly from a third party you will need to allow at least 10 working days for these items as indicated.

Please note that once the parcel leaves our offices we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries as they are beyond our control. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all delivery addresses are correct. For your information we have listed below some common reasons for why deliveries are delayed or returned back to us:
- Flats or house is not easily accessible.
- Wrong house number, postcode or no house number given
- Wrong tel number and or email address given so we cannot get in touch with you
- No one is in to sign for a parcel.
- Card has been left but has inadvertently been thrown away
- Colleague has signed for parcel but fails to tell the recipient that it has arrived
- Selecting a delivery option that does not allow enough time for the parcel to arrive.
- If your parcel has not arrived by the time you were expecting it please do call us a few days before the party so we can determine what has happened.
If you advise us that your parcel can be left in a safe place please do check this location as courier companies do not tend to leave cards when a request has been made.
We cannot determine which courier company we will use at the time of placing the order, this is dependent on the weight and size of the parcel.
If a parcel is returned back to us via Courier Company a charge of £7.00 will be made if you fail to pick up the parcel after a card has been left as we do get charged for all returns.
If a parcel fails to turn and is tracked and we have dispatched within our guidelines we will not be able to refund any postage charge.
if your parcel is subject to delay by us we will inform you either via phone or email, if you have paid for a next day delivery and we are unable to get in touch we will send the best alternative or refund the item.
Due to a New Brussels Directive any orders that are not picked up by the 2nd card left via our courier service they will be left at the closest DPD depot for a pickup, when your order is dispatched with Interlink. Does not effect Royal mail orders.
