If I place an order today, when will my items be dispatched?

If the items you have ordered are in stock, we aim to arrange shipment within 24 hours of the order being placed. However, if the items are not in stock, there may be slight delays in shipping the items. Unfortunately, we are unable to supply dates as to when we may get an item in stock.

Can I return my order?

We are happy to accept returns as long as the products are unused, left in their original packaging and are returned to us within 28 days of day of despatch of the products (the item must be received by us within the 28 day time limit). Items that are supplied in sealed packaging and have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Items which have been personalised to customer requirements are also non-refundable.

 

Can I obtain free delivery?

Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders. Items dispatched on free delivery can take 5-7 to days to arrive.

Do we deliver outside of the UK?

Yes, we can deliver items to most destinations around the world. As different countries have varying delivery charges, and charges are often dependent on the weight of the package, there is no single price we can quote for delivering outside of the UK. If your country does not have a shipping rate.Simply email us with your order to obtain the cost of your shipping.
